My Story

I’m a girl from a small town in North Dakota who now loves living in a suburb of Minneapolis-St. Paul.

I am a wife. I am a mom to three and mother-in-law to one (soon to be two). In one of my favorite roles, I am a nana to twin girls! I believe I would have been content for all of my life primarily in those roles. And then, God led me in a new direction.

When I was a little girl, I wanted to be a country singer. In the 80s, I wanted to be Whitney Houston. Here I am — older, wiser and a little more realistic.

Years ago, I discovered that I am enamored with beauty in every day spaces. I love capturing those images with my camera and sharing that joy with others.

I’m also a self-proclaimed Bible nerd who loves to share what I learn through writing, preaching and teaching.
